What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Material Handler position at Coperion (US)?
Coperion is looking for a Warehouse Material Handler to join our team in Salina, KS. As a Warehouse Material Handler, you will be responsible for receiving, stocking, and pulling of materials to and from the controlled warehouses and production.

What you’ll do:
- Unload goods received, visually inspect goods for damage.
- Must be able to read prints/drawings, use tools and equipment to accurately validate parts against prints.
- Maintain an organized, clean warehouse with emphasis on inventory accuracy.
- Ability to maintain accurate inventory controls, including cycle counts.
- Pull parts per work order and system requirements.
- Notify purchasing or production control of inventory discrepancies.
- Keep the work area organized and equipment clean.
- Other duties may be assigned
Basic Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Great to Haves:
- 1 years related warehouse experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills working with customers, vendors, co-workers and visitors.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Mechanically able to use small power and hand tools.
- Forklift experience w/valid driver’s license for forklift certification.
- Must have computer experience w/accurate data entry skills.
- Must be familiar with the most common material handling equipment.
- Working knowledge of various shop related components and processes.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.
