To perform preventative maintenance and repairs on all vehicles and equipment within Coos-Curry Electric Cooperative’s fleet. Ensure vehicles and equipment are kept in readiness for safe operation, while minimizing operating costs and maximizing vehicle/equipment readiness.

This position is exposed to external weather conditions including rain, sleet, snow, etc., as well as varying degrees of hot and cold temperatures. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
This position requires standing as much as two-thirds of the workday while walking or sitting as little as one-third of the day. Also required are repetitive movements of hands, arms and shoulders to finger, handle or feel various items. In addition to being exposed to vibration by equipment up to two-thirds of the workday, the position places you near moving mechanical parts up to two-thirds of your workday. Will be required to walk on uneven terrain and drive company vehicles daily.
This is a full-time position. Typical work hours are Monday through Thursday 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Coos-Curry Electric Cooperative operates on a four/ten work schedule. Overtime work will be required during extended storm/outage restorations as needed.
Travel throughout the CCEC service territory. Occasional travel to training seminars and/or conferences.
