Experience RequiredHospital pharmacy experience (or clinically relevant experience) or graduate of a Doctor of Pharmacy Program required.
Education RequirementsBachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy from accredited School of Pharmacy.
License/Certification RequirementsNew Jersey Pharmacy license (or eligible for licensure).
Special RequirementsNJ Pharmacy License
