CFI Is looking for Family Assistants to join our team and be the hands of our community’s in the cities we Service.

Pick up the jobs you want.

We believe in freedom and flexibility, so we will work with your schedule and your skills.
Hex/CFI jobs can include things like checking in/out residents, taking photos/videos of new Hex homes, setting up/tearing down Hex homes, picking up/dropping off supplies and/or furniture, dropping flyers, online research/promotion, business-related errands etc.

Lotus jobs can include in-home childcare, housekeeping, grocery shopping, personal driving, pet visits, meal prepping/cooking, audio/podcast editing, translation, graphic design, photo/video editing, logo creation, social media management, etc.

Start as an FA1 and make some extra cash by picking up short-term, one-off jobs.
Become an FA2 and start getting assigned long-term, full-time positions.
FA3s earn themselves a management position such as Lifestyle Manager and get the opportunity to manage a piece of the operation in the city they Service.

Pay:

• Lotus Service jobs: $17 an hour
• Hex/CFI jobs: $15 an hour
• Online/virtual jobs: $12 an hour

You get paid for the hours you work.
