Part-time; Cooper Clinic is looking to add an additional Registered Dietitian Nutritionist to our already thriving team! The Registered Dietitian Nutritionist is responsible for patient nutritional evaluation and education, as well as assisting with development and review of nutritional materials, contributing articles for web sites, magazines and other publications, public speaking, etc.

Schedule 17 - 29 hours per week: Monday, Friday and as-needed; onsite

Registered Dietitian Nutritionist Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform and interpret Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) testing
• Review and evaluate books and products and stay up-to-date on current nutrition issues, products, books, guidelines, recommendations, etc.
• Assist with patient counseling and education for the Cooper Weight Loss program.
• Provide ideas and participate in the implementation of such ideas to improve quality and/or customer satisfaction, reduce costs, or improve the work environment

Requirements

• 1-2 years post-internship clinical experience required
• Master's degree or advanced certification: (CDCES, CSSD, CSOWM, etc. preferred)
• Must enjoy a fast-paced environment, provide patient-centered care and counseling, demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to change, exhibit high level of motivation and drive to stay current with nutrition trends and research, work well in a team environment, have strong communication skills: interpersonal, written and verbal skills
