We are looking for a Corporate Finance Analyst to join our growing team. You will be required to lead and support various areas of the Corporate Finance remit in relation, but not limited to:

• Evaluate potential acquisition targets and their strategic/commerical/financial fit
• Support the buy/sell due diligence process, including shaping the assignment scope, managing work streams, outputs of due diligence providers, and interpreting and communicating findings to senior stakeholders
• Lead on local government funding, owning the full the end to end process
• Support on all other funding processes, that are required across the group
• Responsible for data room management for all transactions/funding
• Lead on 3 years P&L investor forecasts for all business units across the group
• Assist in the preparation of funding teaser decks and board presentations
• Responsible for investor compliance reporting
• Maintain an attitude of continuous improvement, seeking to improve current status quo
• Support Director of Corporate Development on other projects/duties

To be successful you will have the following;

• Qualified Accountant with 1-3 years’ PQE experience
• Previous Corporate Finance experience desirable but not required
• Intellectually curious with a strong work ethic
• A motivated self starter who can work under pressure in a fast pace environment 
• Strong excel modelling and analytical skills 
• A strong communicator, both in writing and verbally 
• Strong attention to detail
