Corporate Controller:
Cool Bear Services is a well -established and rapidly expanding HVAC company Proudly partnered with Costco and Home Depot. We are an expert provider of all your home comfort needs, from air conditioning to heating and indoor air quality. We serve Palm Beach, Broward and Northern Miami Dade counties.
We are in search of an Experienced Controller to join our growing team in our Delray Beach office location.
REQUIRED JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / EXPERIENCES:
Must have experience with the following:
· Experience with job costing.
· Experience with Sage Intacct.
· Must be proficient in account reconciliation / receivables / payables / inventory control.
· Must be able to produce or compile financial statements by end of every month.
· Must be highly proficient with payroll processes and procedures.
· Must be highly detail oriented with good organizational skills.
· Minimum 2-year degree in Accounting / Finance.
·
Experience in the HVAC Services or Construction Industry is a plus.
You will have one direct report within the office.
Work in a friendly office environment within our Delray Beach location.
Able to pass a drug screen and background check.
Working references will be required.
Salary Range - $110 – 120K yearly Plus Bonus.
