We are in search of a Software Engineering Manager to join our Development Team as we focus on the next wave of our product innovation. The Software Engineering Manager will lead a Scrum Team of developers utilizing the latest technologies and processes, and will build against a full modern web stack using Typescript with Angular 13.x, Redux and RxJs, Azure Functions running in .NET, NoSQL CosmosDB, Azure Cognitive Services, AI/ML modeling and much more!

The Software Engineering Manager should be an experienced manager - or someone who is looking to take the next step in his or her career. He or she should have has past relevant client side as well as server side web development skills, and should have familiarity with cloud application models such as Azure as well as Microsoft 365. The Software Engineering Manager should have experience in CI/CD pipelines and branching strategies. Experience with Microsoft 365 or experience in the contract management space is a plus!

Communications skills are important for the Software Engineering Manager position as is the ability to effectively translate requirements into well architected solutions.

Specific Position Skills

· A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science/MIS/Engineering)

· 4 years’ experience in a similar position in a technology or software company

· 3 year Angular 2.x and up / (Other Client JavaScript frameworks a plus)

· 4 year C# (specifically web based skills .NET Core or Standard/Web API)

· 4 year of CI/CD Pipeline and Git based source code management experience

· 3 year Azure Web Application Management (Azure Functions, Cosmos Db, Application Insights)

· 3 year MSGraph REST experience

· 2 year Web Design/Layout/CSS

· Strong writing and communication skills

· The ability to work independently and with a team

Pay: $101,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
