Community Based Family Practice / Rural Health Clinic - Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner - Cleveland Texas! Experienced Providers Only. We are seeking a Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner to join our well respected Community Clinic in Cleveland, Texas. The ideal candidate would be an experienced provider (although new graduates with a strong background as an RN or EMT would be considered).
