Responsibilities:

• Open/close bank accounts
• Handle basic KYC renewals & onboardings with banks
• Handle input function in Kyriba, our Treasury Management System:
  • Input bank accounts
  • Input internal company codes
  • Input wires, ACHs, etc.
• Input wires on banking portals (WF CEO, JPM Access, and BOA CashPro)
• Monitor daily bank balances and connectivity, including following up with the Accounting teams on overdrafted accounts
• Monitor positive pay exceptions across all online banking platforms
• Troubleshoot payment-related issues in Yardi and Kyriba
• Perform and monitor callback procedures for new vendors and investors
• Convert raw data into presentation form
• Coordinate meetings & timelines to aide in timely execution of relevant tasks to ensure deals are closed timely.
• Handle external and internal audit inquiries
• Collaborate with multiple internal and external teams, such as legal, tax, accounting, internal/external audit, banking relationships
  • Organize conference calls
  • Assist with SVP scheduling needs
  • Create presentations for SVP using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint)
• Serve as the contact for American Express Global:
  • Pull monthly statements and reports
  • Work with HR to onboard new cardmembers
  • Address all AMEX questions
  • Order/cancel cards
  • Work with employees to clear their delinquency charges
• Serve as the contact for Concur Global:
  • Auditing all delinquent reports
  • Troubleshoot all employee issues in Concur
  • Setup new funding accounts for any new country or entity

    Qualifications:

    • BS in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field of study
    • 1-3 years of experience in treasury, accounting, banking, or financial services related roles
    • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint
    • Good interpersonal skills to aide in carrying out conversations & extracting pertinent information
    • Solid knowledge of how to interpret an organizational chart & legal/tax-related documents
    • Ability to manage time well with aim of consistently hitting tight deadlines
    • Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical and interpersonal skills
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
    • Able to work independently and take initiative
    • Able to adapt to changing priorities
    • Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while adhering to deadlines
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
