As a Customer Experience Representative, you will be responsible for Making Today Ridiculously Awesome for our Consuela customers by working directly with our customers or those that soon will be. We have an amazing community of Consuela supporters. Our goal is to provide an exceptional experience for everyone we interact with through establishing connections on an emotional level and being tenacious in our pursuit of providing solutions. In short, we believe that empathy and being a problem solver are the keys to great customer service.
