Looking for a full-time Social Media Marketing Specialist. (Pay is based on experience)
As our Social Media Marketing Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in growing our brand presence and expanding our online community. You will be required to provide services for multiple industries within the company including but not limited to, construction, real estate, automotive and hospitality. Your creative prowess and data-driven approach will be instrumental in reaching new heights for our businesses. If you're a forward-thinker with a knack for strategizing and executing social media plans, we want you on our team!
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including written posts, images, and videos
- Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries and respond in a timely manner
- Analyze social media data and metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all digital platforms
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
- Solid knowledge of digital marketing techniques and social media platforms
- Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics software
- Strong photography and video editing skills
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading abilities
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online marketing strategies
- Ability to conduct research on industry-related topics
- Basic web design skills are a plus
