Job Description:

Fast paced Construction Management Company looking for Light-Commercial Estimating / Purchasing Manager to Manage Bidding and purchasing for the construction of fast food restaurants and retail fit outs. Extremely fast paced environment requires organized, self-starter not afraid to work hard in order to grow with our company!

This is a full time position, with salary, benefits.

Requirements:

· 5 years of Light commercial purchasing and estimating experience.

o Will consider extensive residential purchasing experience

· 1 year experience with restaurant construction purchasing.

· 3 references from Trades or Clients.

· Process driven person with attention to detail.

· Classically trained purchaser- estimator.

· Strong Computer skills.

Duties Include but are not limited to:

· Receive blue prints.

· Distribute and solicit bids.

· Develop scopes, vet bids and buy down projects for launch to Field
