Description

This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

Collaborate across design, front end development and testing teams either in person, on video calls or Slack messaging to come up with API requirements

Create and maintain REST APIs for web and mobile applications per requirements

Create and maintain SQL database tables

Provide feedback directly to web application designers to produce the best product for our customers quickly.

Adhere to coding style industry standards

Be a part of a project from beginning to end. You will be involved from concept to final testing and release of your code

Staying abreast of the latest industry developments in web applications and programming languages.

Requirements

Qualifications for this job:

Bachelor's degree in a technical field with 1 to 2 years of experience preferred.

Git knowledge is a must have

High proficiency with Node.js and MySQL

Knowledge Python integration is a plus.

Produce comprehensive test cases for developed code as the need arises.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Strong organizational and project management skills. Attention to detail is very important.
