Job Description

The Account Executive is responsible for expanding business opportunities and as well as continue to develop existing  referral relationships with Physician Offices, Hospitals and other community referral sources for Constellation ABA.  Responsibilities include market analysis, developing a sales strategy, exceeding quarterly goals,  preparing business plans, conducting sales calls. 

 

Position requires demonstrated poise, tact, diplomacy and confidentiality. Work requires continual attention to detail in establishing priorities and meeting deadlines. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands independently.


 

Qualifications:
This position requires an individual who is highly motivated, compassionate, results driven, and able to develop and build strong, lasting relationships.  Excellent planning, organization and presentation skills are critical.  Recent Physician Office marketing or sales experience is required and previous experience selling to Pediatricians is preferred. Proven abilities to develop and implement a sales and marketing plan and outperform goals a must.  Requires excellent oral/written, communication , interpersonal skills and computer skills. Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or Health Services field .



Responsibilities:
Responsible for generating ABA referrals with a focus on birth to five year old Commercial Payor clients by educating and building relationships with Physician Offices, specifically Pediatricians, and Hospitals.  Responsibilities include market analysis, developing a sales strategy, quarterly goals and plans, conducting sales calls, and evaluating results and effectiveness of sales activity.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

 

  1. Management of relationships with referral partners within assigned physician offices, hospitals and other community referral sources.
  2. Responsible for generating ABA referrals, focusing on commercial payors, by building relationships with physician offices, hospitals and other community partners.
  3. Develops and documents sales strategies, quarterly goals and business plans for assigned territory. Maintenance of referral source profiles, CRM program utilization, pre-call planning worksheets and competitive analysis forms/books.
  4. Evaluates results and effectiveness of sales activities.
  5. Identification and prioritization of potential referral partners, including decision-makers within each account, based on quarterly marketing plans.
  6. May follow-up with patients and families to ensure a smooth referral to intake process.
  7. Responsible to further develop admissions from the referral sources within  assigned accounts.
  8. Identifies potential opportunities for further program development, and assists with development of new programs.
  9. Compiles market analysis and reports competitor and account information
  10. Participates in problem-solving and complaint resolution as appropriate.
  11. Development, communication and execution of quarterly sales plan.
  12. Meets admission expectations as set forth by corporate budget requirements.
  13. Develops and maintains a close working relationship with all team and agency members.
  14. Maintains working knowledge of ABA and company initiatives
  15. Frequent  travel which requires use of own car and be able to travel to all patient referral sources.
  16. Compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as all applicable Federal and state laws and regulations, including HIPAA.
  17. Obtains and complies with hospital account credentialing for sales territory.
  18. Represents the company at community functions and professional organizations.
  19. Competent in Rethink, GoogleSuite, and Microsoft Office.
  20. Will perform other duties as assigned
