ConnectiveRx is Hiring a Product Manager Near Hanover, NJ

The Product Manager is a hands-on position focused on defining requirements for a business-driven data warehouse supported by policies, principles and guidelines that are aligned with data management and data governance. The position will work within the Product Team to help ConnectiveRx create an industry-leading data warehouse that measures performance of all aspects of the company's operations. What you will do: Translates business requirements into usable enterprise information which may include an enterprise data model, common business vocabulary, taxonomies to be used to guide enterprise solution development, and achieve consistency of information assets across the application portfolio Develops and maintains a formal description of the data and data structures including the data models, data flow diagrams, data dictionaries and technical metadata Creates source to target mapping documents to capture application data elements for loading into data warehouse Develops and implements strategies in collaboration with Development/Architecture for data acquisitions, archive recovery, and implementation of a database Collaborates with EDW Team on data model, its maintenance and optimization as well as end-to-end data driven integration strategy Monitor and guide design of a semantically rich business model of the enterprise domain, independent of any technology solution Work directly with all application development teams to ensure that data is aligned between systems Formulate test plans and strategies to co-ordinate/execute user acceptance testing. Leverage SQL and other Database tools to query and analyze data required to support creation of use cases and functional specifications. Validate quality of the product/application and provide feedback. Ensure initiative is well executed and meet business requirement. Collaborate with different teams to prioritize issues/defects and resolve risk. What we need from you: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical field 5 years of experience working in Product Management or Quality Assurance Experience using requirement management tool such as JIRA, ALM) 2 years’ experience in the data warehouse space. 2 years’ experience working with large scale EDW systems (implementation and maintenance). 3 years of experience in data warehouse techniques like Data modelling, ETL, Data architecture or Database management Knowledge of database platforms (e.g., Redshift, Dynamo, SQL Server, SAS tools) with experience in generating SQL scripts Bonus points for background in data science, analytics, data mining, or development Why work with us?
