ConnectiveRx is Hiring a Director, Product Management Near Hanover, NJ

The Director, Product Management will lead the development of ConnectiveRx Product Vision and Strategy in collaboration with key company and others, as necessary. The position will build and manage a high performing team that is responsible to work directly with Product Management Business Leads and Technology Leads & Architecture to meet business and product objectives through software and operational deliverables from product inception to product launch and ongoing product maintenance. The successful candidate will be able to represent the product vision to internal stakeholders, the ConnectiveRx board, and clients. What you will do: Develops go to market strategy and launch plans at the product level through coordination with stakeholders and is accountable for coordinated execution across product, sales, marketing, and other customer facing teams Ensures ROI for go to market strategy, including revenue goals Develops positioning, themes, and messaging and pricing strategy across products to minimize potential conflict. Evangelizes product for sales, customers, and media. Anticipates market changes; adapts and adjusts product strategy as needed. Drives formulation of overall research/testing strategy and ensures product decisions are based on data Establishes aggressive KPIs for the team to measure success. Leads teams to make decisions where quantitative data is unavailable. Drives creation of complex business cases for investment. Makes reasonable revenue projections with stated assumptions Leads activities to test parts of the product vision and strategy with customers, modifying the strategy as needed. Mentors managers on how to maintain a strategic, customer-driven perspective within their teams. Tracks and analyzes product expenses, cost to revenue and profitability. Interacts with customers frequently and understands their use cases and business in great depth Balances organizational needs with customer needs and creates a strategic plan for the organization. Ensures that other key stakeholders understand the commercial context of the customer and supports them in making solid commercial decisions. What we need from you: Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, etc.) with Master’s a plus Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a combination of product management, strategy, marketing, and sales Is skilled in breaking down large complex issues into simpler elements that can be effectively addressed. Proven history of following through on commitments to ensure they are successfully completed, and goals are achieved Thoroughly understands competitive products and strategy, and how they influence customer decisions Is knowledgeable about emerging technologies and those of our competitors. Is experienced at analyzing data using existing software packages (e.g., Excel, R, etc.) Understands how commercial decisions for a product impact other areas of the business and customer. Ability to work well with business teams and get along with a wide variety of people; enjoys interfacing with internal and external clients. Adaptability and ability to work on a wide range of matters that arise on a day-to-day basis. Displays a commitment to ethics and integrity, professionalism, and a sense of humor. Travel:There may be travel to client sits or other CRx office locations. Travel could be up to 20% Why work with us?
