We are looking for motivated, proactive Account Managers to take responsibility for generating new sales by prospecting, nurturing, and selling IT solutions into small and mid-size businesses. Account Manager Responsibilities:

  • Outbound calling to established and potential clients
  • Establishing relationships with key decision-makers
  • Overcoming objections to educate clients on the value of doing business with Connection
  • Desire to provide world-class customer service from the close of the sale to the delivery of the order

Qualifications:

  • A strong drive to succeed
  • Understanding of the art of negotiation
  • Understanding that the word “no” only means “not yet”
  • Ability to multitask with solid communication skills
  • Proficiency with computer programs

This is a base plus commission role, earnings may vary. Posted salary information is annualized and indicative of first year of employment.
