- User account setup and maintenance
- New user, computer, mobile device, and peripheral setup, maintenance, and support
- Primary contact for user support
- User training
- Monitoring security and EDR systems
- Must be able to document problem resolutions within trouble tickets and maintain written documentation
- Inventory management
- System imaging and deployment
- Periodic travel to our satellite office
- Perform other related duties as assigned or required
- Education: Bachelor's degree (computer science or related technical field preferred) however, will consider an associate degree
- Relevant IT certifications are highly desirable
- 3 years of support experience in a Windows environment; professional office experience preferred
- Strong people and communication skills
- Experience with Active Directory, Print Management, and Windows Server
- Proficiency with troubleshooting end-user computers, mobile devices, remote access, and A/V issues, including hardware, software, network, and Windows OS
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
