CONNECTION, INC., THE is Hiring an IT Support Specialist Near Denver, CO
- Essential tasks & responsibilities associated to supporting IT issues and the ability to analyze and troubleshoot tier 1 issues and tier 2 in the future.
- User account management in Active Directory and within applications, including adds, changes, and deletions in accordance with defined policies and procedures
- Monitor network monitoring systems, and notify our senior technical staff of issues/problems that require escalation
- Acquire technical knowledge dynamically and quickly to work towards problem resolution.
- Document client communication, troubleshooting steps, and resolution via the ticketing system.
- Deploy & configure new computers in-house, and remotely when possible.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.
- Configure security, daily check-in, and deploy
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3 plus years of expertise working with MS Office, Windows, AD, & Solaris
- Windows, Office 365, Azure & Netsuite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
