Job Summary:
- The IT Tech will provide technical support. The successful candidate will diagnosis and resolution of staff's IT problems, which may range from straight forward to more complicated technical issues. There is also a range of administration duties within this role.
- Successful candidates for this role must possess strong interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skills, be able to work independently as well as in team projects with minimal supervision.
- Troubleshoots backup issues, implements security compliance standards, and deploys server application upgrades.
- Maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles.
- Arrange for external technical support where problems cannot be resolved in-house.
- Thorough troubleshooting and information gathering prior to escalating issues.
- Installs software and provides DNS support.
- 5 years experience.
- Solid IT experience all around.
- Strong troubleshooting, software/hardware.
- Basic Networking understanding.
- Basic Server understanding.
