Join our team as a Sterile Processing Technician, working for Connected Surgical (CSI) a growth oriented company with a nationwide presence.

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing minimally invasive surgical instrumentation, related equipment and supplies in a safe and cost-effective manner. As a skilled professional at CSI, you will be responsible for decontamination, cleaning, assembly, packaging, sterilization, and distribution of minimally invasive only, surgical instruments. Strong interpersonal communication skills is required. You will be working directly with our Surgical Support team who supports minimally invasive cases in the Operating Room.

This is a full time opportunity, with an 8 hour shift between the hours of 9:00AM-6:30PM. Tray Call will be rotated on weekends amongst all teammembers.

If you are a sterile processing technician who is not yet certified, CSI will pay the cost of your study material, application fee and provide the necessary hours to obtain your certification. Certification must be completed within 6 months from start date.

 Bonus

• A one time bonus of $1,000.00 will be paid to the successful candidate that is hired by CSI upon completion of 30 days of employment.

Pay

• Connected Surgical offers competitive starting salaries based on level of education and experience. Employees are hourly employees who are paid biweekly. We are paying uncertified Sterile Processing Technicians $17 per hour and certified Sterile Processing Technicians (CRCST) $18.25 per hour.

Preferred Criteria

• Prior experience in Sterile Processing

Required Criteria

• High School Diploma of GED
• Certified Registered Central Sterile Technician (CRCST) or Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution (CBSPD)
• Knowledge of aseptic technique, sterilization technique, infection control requirements, and a basic knowledge of medical and surgical procedure terminology
• Excellent communication skills
