As an Associate Chiropractor here, you will be a key player in providing top-notch chiropractic care to patients and helping us achieve our mission of improving lives and communities through chiropractic.

Connect Chiropractic opened its first location March of 2020. We are one of the fasted growing offices in the state and just opened a second office in Delafield in January 2024. We are aiming to open our third office in 2025 and are looking for the right personality to fit our office. We are a fast-pace TRT (Torque Release Technique) only office that focuses solely on adjusting families of all ages, and we pride ourselves on our relationship building and core values.

We are looking for someone to match our office energy - someone who is:

Compensation:

• $75,000-$120,000 annum
• Bonuses
• Up to $3,000 hiring bonus - Paid out after 120 days
• The main role we are hiring for is an adjusting doctor - This role would have limited bonuses, however, bonuses would be based on the candidates specific strengths
• We would also be open to hiring a "sales" doctor for ROFs. They would be more commission/bonus-based

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive chiropractic evaluations and treatments to patients
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
• Educate patients on the benefits of chiropractic and healthy lifestyle choices
• Collaborate with the team to provide exceptional patient care
  
  

Requirements:

• Doctor of Chiropractic degree
• Active chiropractic license in Wisconsin (or willingness to attain one)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping others and a commitment to improving lives through chiropractic
• Willingness to adjust families and people of ALL ages
• Willingness to learn TRT (Torque Release Technique)
