Position Summary:

The Delivery Lead’s role is to assist in all aspects of the facility’s delivery operations, warehouse leads oversee the delivery process, liaise with customers and suppliers, manage, and supervise employees and their performance. Ideal candidate in this role should have a commitment to getting tasks completed and a hands-on approach to work. This role is well-suited for people with leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

· Assisting in all aspects of the facility’s delivery operations

· Maintaining next-pull items (Slow Moving Inventory)

· Performing follow-ups on post calls and returned survey calls

· Move product using PIE or Industrial equipment through DC.

· Assist in cycle counts

Qualifications:

· Must have excellent customer service and follow-up skills

· Must be able to use PIE equipment

· Computer and clerical experience are required

· Must be able to move product throughout the facility using PIE or hand operated equipment.

· Must be able to work at desk 50% of shift and on feet 50% of shift.

· High school diploma or GED is required
