Description
Conifer Park, a private healthcare system providing quality professional treatment to those suffering from Substance Use Disorders, is seeking an Admissions Specialist to join our Intake Team. As an Admissions Specialist you will coordinate and perform all tasks required to prepare a patient for an admission. This includes greeting and admitting all incoming patients, family, referents and completing appropriate paperwork as needed and assigned. The Admissions Specialist will meet with the patient, obtain information and consents and perform the data entry of the same, ensuring accuracy.
Requirements
The Admissions Specialist requires an Associates Degree with one year working with individuals with substance use disorders or minimum of two years working in an office environment. Attention to detail and a high level of customer service is required. Experience with the Microsoft Office platform required. Knowledge or experience with Meditech a plus, but not required.
