What Will You Do?

As the Corporate Recruiter (purple squirrel hunter) you will manage the entire recruiting lifecycle process for ALL corporate positions. In this role, you will report directly to the Director of Talent Acquisition. You will be the face of the company for prospective candidates and an essential part of the candidate experience. We will look to you to build a consistent recruiting process, working with hiring managers to understand key business issues and challenges. Your work is vital to the success of the organization, hiring managers, and new hires. We’ll call upon your diplomacy, communication skills, discretion, good judgment, and business acumen to anticipate and resolve problems. 

What Will You Do?

  • Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of business needs.
  • Conduct recruitment strategy meetings with hiring leaders to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria. 
  • Manage full lifecycle recruiting process to meet the organizational hiring goals. 
  • Provide regular follow-up to the respective hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of recruitment process.
  • Generate qualified candidates through traditional and non-traditional recruiting efforts such as alternative sourcing and passive candidate sourcing. 
  • Understand how to recruit passive candidates and possess the mentality to "profile people and gauge chemistry of candidates for fit and understand their motivation" rather than sell a role. 
  • Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management. 
  • Conduct in-depth value/behavioral based interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios. 
  • Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine tuning standard processes for recruiting. 

The Perfect Match!

  • Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university. 
  • 5-8 years’ experience of Technology, Corporate and or search firm progressive recruiting experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting. 
  • Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research. 
  • ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates. 
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships. 
  • Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment. 
  • Exceptional networking skills.
  • Desire to provide an impeccable candidate experience.
  • Natural curiosity to find the "purple squirrel".
