We are a family owned and operated multi business company. We need help organizing and structuring our office to help alleviate the demands of the Owners. The Owners of the business work in the same office. Our companies are Christian based, and put our faith first in all business practices. We believe that our employee's are the heart of our organization, and are looking for someone who will uphold our values, morals, and strong work ethic.
The Office Manager at our company handles all incoming inquiries, scheduling, and manages the daily operation of the office. The right candidate will be professional, responsible, have excellent organizational and communication skills, have previous experience running an office, and proficient in Quickbooks and Microsoft Excel. We're looking for an individual with a great attitude who is excited to contribute to the construction of a new office space as we're growing very quickly and need extra help to handle the additional work.
