ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

We’re hiring for a dynamic marketing manager to bring our brand and sales to the next level. As a member of the marketing team, you’ll lead the marketing with the implementation and execution of marketing campaigns through promotional materials, creative content, advertising strategies, and social media. The ideal candidate for this position balances creativity with analytics, can effectively work with a team to bring great ideas to life, execute campaigns, and have a command of ROI, and is committed to on-brand quality work. If you can’t wait to get started, we want you on our team. The ideal candidate will have both graphic as well as digital marketing experience.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Marketing Manager you will:

  • Manage and nurture relationships with PR and Social Agencies
  • Strategize Go-To-Market campaigns matching overall brand strategy, including messaging, touchpoints, and engaging digital distribution strategies.
  • Create engaging and visual content for a range of channels such as Website, Social Media, Email, PPC, and Print.
  • Analyze and report on the data metrics and performance to make decisions that benefits the needs of the business and the strategy.
  • Evaluate market opportunities and stay current with client and market trends.
  • Collaborate with senior management in building offline awareness through trade shows, conferences and events
  • Develop relationships with key industry partners to further drive the growth of the business.
  • Support retail activations in-market by collaborating with our sales team and other businesses and verticals.
  • Closely collaborate with Amazon team to develop brand strategy, forecast, create content/A pages & align marketing/advertising Amazon strategies.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

An equivalent combination of education, training and experience will be considered.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing or a related field
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project and time management skills
  • Experience launching products and campaigns through go-to-market initiatives across multiple platforms and media.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce, email marketing, social media management, digital advertising, and print materials
  • Strong track record of creating successful marketing campaigns as demonstrated with tangible stat tracking
  • Experience using Photoshop, In-design, Adobe, or other graphic design platforms
  • Experience in consumer products marketing is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
