Currently seeking a maintenance technician to maintain approximately 80 units in Warsaw NC.
- basic knowledge of electric, plumbing, hvac Certification
- spackle, drywall paint, paint units, turn units, clean for make ready
- Applicant must be comfortable using property management software. Must provide daily report logs
- Mow and trim property accordingly
- can offer reduced housing on site.
- Applicant needs to be responsible and a team player with effective communication with remote office staff. Applicant must also be able to show apartment units to prospective tenants. Serious inquiries only.
- Manage onsite vendors when needed
