Director of Clinical Operations full time salary position, M-F, no call, no weekends, no holidays

With a primary focus toward daily operational management, marketing and physician relations this role is responsible for ensuring a patient and family centered care environment. We are seeking a Director that will employ the tools and skills of continuous quality improvement and effective leadership to ensure a highly reliable clinical operation.

Days- Monday through Friday (hours vary)

Responsibilities Include:

• Organization & Management of complete clinical operations
• Collaborates and communicates with all levels of parent organization, center physicians, staff, owners and referring providers.
• Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to senior management
• In person marketing, outside sales, physician relations and recruiting experience as this position involves marketing to active and potential referring providers
• Understanding of RCM
• Responsible for legal requirements, standards, policies and procedures including but not limited to those within the Compliance Process, DOH, and HIPAA .
• Assist with clinical operations of the center. Including direct patient care.

Requirements Include:

• Outpatient facility access, practice or surgery center operations experience.
• Quality management / LEAN principles experience preferred
• 5 year’s clinical operations/clinical experience.
• 3 years of progressive management experience
• Working knowledge of outpatient services to include dialysis access, interventional radiology, cardiac cath, or outpatient surgical services.
• Previous work experience in a OBL or Cath Lab a plus
• Masters in healthcare management or MBA preferred.
• Licensed as an RN, APRN or Radiology Technologist required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
