A Licensed Administrator in the state of Oregon would be AMAZING, but we are open to anyone that can qualify to apply for a license as well (see below). We also have opportunities for Assistant Administrators that would like to work their way up to becoming licensed.

Position Summary

• Advocate for residents, families, and staff alike
• Ensure compliance with Company & State regulations Engage & motivate employees to live by Company Values Schedule shifts regularly
• This position requires 2 years of Management in Healthcare or a Social Services within the last 5 years - or have a combination of experience and education or, a Bachelor degree in Health or Social Service-related field
• As needed, provides hands-on care for our residents Obtain your Administrator license within the first 90 days of employment if you do not already have an Administrator License in the state of Oregon

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
