Experience within the personal injury/civil litigation arena is preferred, but not necessarily required. Qualified candidates MUST be a member in good standing with the AL State Bar, possession a passion for helping people, and the ability to effectively manage a volume of work. Compensation is a base salary plus incentive-based plan, with anticipated compensation in the 100,000 to 350,0000 range annually. The firm also offers BCBS, 401K, paid leave, and holidays.
