Our Member Service Representatives take incoming questions from customers and offer resolution through active and empathetic listening then sharing a wide depth and breadth of knowledge (after becoming a subject matter expert) in our products and services.

Requirements

Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions:

  1. Provide 5-star customer service to Conexon Members
  2. Demonstrate clear and effective communication with end users, colleagues, and management to quickly (yet accurately) resolve issues and ensure member satisfaction
  3. Assist potential members in identifying if they are currently in Conexon’s service area
  4. Assist new members with new account creation and plan selection
  5. Answer general account questions including billing, pricing and service details
  6. And assist with projects and other duties that continuously improve our department and create career development opportunities for you

Job Skills and Qualifications:
Required:

  • Have flexibility in your schedule for work purposes – ours is a 7a.m. to 7p.m. schedule, 7 days a week. Plenty of advance notice is given for scheduling purposes. After the first 90 days, and assuming all performance indicators are met, position may be hybrid (work from home) for two shifts per week
  • Associates in a business discipline preferred
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills, active listening skills and a strong eye for details
  • Strong communication skills and unflappable, professional demeanor
  • Ability to multitask between systems and adapt to change
  • Analytical thinker with technical aptitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Solid computer skills

Preferred:

  • Telecom industry experience a definite plus
  • Bilingual
  • Previous customer service/or technical support experience
  • Experience with billing and pricing

This position spends the majority of time spent seated either on a computer or phone. We offer a highly competitive compensation and benefits package.
