Job DescriptionThe role deals with a 50/50 of the tasks of a normal WFM Trainer and WFM Sales Analyst, and those are the maintenance and improvement of training material (classroom/virtual) specific for WFM and providing training (classroom or via MS Teams) for soft skills and technical knowledge for Training and with the delivering support and input towards the Sales and Business Solution Architects organisation or supporting WFM Business Partners during renewal or initial modelling and contracting processes for Sales.
