Job Description

The role deals with a 50/50 of the tasks of a normal WFM Trainer and WFM Sales Analyst, and those are the maintenance and improvement of training material (classroom/virtual) specific for WFM and providing training (classroom or via MS Teams) for soft skills and technical knowledge for Training and with the delivering support and input towards the Sales and Business Solution Architects organisation or supporting WFM Business Partners during renewal or initial modelling and contracting processes for Sales.

 

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES

 

 

  • Improvement of training programs and content for skill and knowledge training
  • Providing and organizing training programs/sessions to the Global WFM Department
  • Providing coaching or knowledge sessions to WFM employees
  • Review KPI, configuration and other characteristics of new deals, contracts and solutions from a WFM perspective and provide input, feedback and support to optimize the new solution to enable business effective performance and a high possibility of achieving contractual agreements, with considering Operations and other support departments their responsibilities
  • Deliver support to WFM Business Partners, Sales and Solution Architects during sales, renewal and first phase implementation processes and assure alignment with the Conduent standard way of working and WFM standards
  • Deliver requested input for RFP documentation, based and aligned with the Conduent WFM approach and COPC criteria
  • Performs all other duties as assigned

 

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

 


  • Bachelor’s Degree: Business Information Management, Economics, Logistics, Communication or Mathematics
  • Advanced proficiency of mathematical and analytical skills
  • Advanced Training & Presentation skills
  • Basic computer skills and elementary proficiency and knowledge of MS Office (Word and Outlook) and Windows/Mac OS X
  • Knowledge of and/or experience with WFM systems, preferably NICE IEX
  • Knowledge of and experience within general contact center processes
  • Proficiency and knowledge of the complete WFM process and advanced knowledge regarding the area of responsibility
  • Advanced coaching skills
  • Proficiency to organize, host, plan and participate effectively in a meeting and determine plans and (project) goals
  • Knowledge of the COPC and Lean Six Sigma methodology
