This is a remote position based in Romania.

DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES

• Building and maintaining a constant pipeline of potential talent to meet immediate, upcoming and future hiring requests
• Conducting phone screenings via phone and video call. Ensuring accurate records are made and next steps are confirmed and actioned
• Participating in intake calls to understand the hiring need and align the sourcing strategy
• Providing best in class candidate experience at all times to promote Conduent as employer of choice
• Utilising ATS in line with policies and procedures and providing analysis and reporting as required
• Utilizing multiple platforms and programs to increase candidate pipeline, such as, referral programs, marketing initiatives, leading job boards and networking channels
• Being a brand ambassador for Conduent in every interaction

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Demonstrable experience as a Talent Sourcer gained within an agency, in house or RPO with specialist knowledge and experience sourcing in Romania
• Experienced sourcing candidates using social media, networking channels, job boards and more
• In-depth understanding of sourcing techniques (Boolean, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Innovative thinker who can bring new ideas and approached to fulfil our hiring requests
• Experience sourcing multilingual talent for delivery associates within an outsourcing environment for HR Services, Call Centre and much more
• Driven to not only meet deadlines, but to exceed expectations
• Excellent written and verbally English skills (C1)
