As a Senior Finance Analyst, you will partner with organizational leaders to drive growth and enable the achievement of the organization’s strategic financial goals both short and long-term. Ensures fiduciary responsibility across the business by establishing and enabling proper and effective organizational processes, procedures, controls, and records for of all aspects of financial transactions, events, and situations.

We need someone who can:

• Develops plans, budgets, and forecasts to enable the achievement of organizational strategic short and long-term goals.
• Sets assumptions for cost levels and capital expenditures.
• Provide proactive cost controls and reporting on actual versus targeted financial results.
• Utilize analysis to improve overall financial plans and to enable target setting and decision making.
• Utilize analytical ability to solve problems and make recommendations.
• Leverage relationships by interfacing with and influencing key stakeholders.
• Work with delivery leaders to gather information needed to update plans and resolve issues.
• Use best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve processes across the organization.
• Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions.
• Works independently to meet deliverable timelines.
• Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements.
• Explain difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus.

Qualifications for Consideration:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent working experience
• 5 years of experience in Finance or Accounting
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Knowledge of financial analysis techniques and methodologies
• Ability to manage competing priorities effectively and make good decisions based on business objectives
• Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting processes
• Knowledge of accounting guidelines

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. For Colorado considerations only the estimated salary range is $73,150 - $95,000.
