• Able to handle multiple mailing projects at the same time
• Act as a client liaison between external/internal clients and Operations personnel
• Work well with numbers
• Very well detail oriented
• Understand print and inserter machine requirement to work with Development team and operations
• Runs Report using OOM to provide to client
• Trouble shoot issue and able to escalate to manager
• Must understand postal requirements
• Multi task & fast pace environment
• Run report and update report for billing
