DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES

• Supports staff by providing coaching and mentoring.
• Supports performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
• Reviews work completion for accuracy.
• Assigns jobs, tasks, and responsibilities.
• Monitors program and project workflow.
• Understands client SLA's and facilitates internal and external calibration sessions.
• Ensures daily work is completed.
• Prepares statistical reporting for senior leadership review.
• Assists in interviewing candidates.
• Provides training for team members through demonstrations and discussions.
• Works to create a list of processes and sub-processes.
• Creates standards for documentation of policies, procedures, and defining records.
• Ensures adequacy checks on documents that have been created.
• Conducts process writing workshops for business operations.
• Establishes a process to identify, index, classify, codify, store, and retrieve documents.
• Maintains version controls for documents and records.
• Develops and implements improvement programs, initiatives, and processes.
• Conducts audits and reviews data/documentation.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Complies with all policies and standards.
• Exchanges information and ideas effectively.
• Uses existing procedures to solve standard problems.
• Asks questions and checks for understanding.
• No supervisory responsibilities.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Requires formal education and relevant expertise in a professional, sales, or technical area.
• College or university degree required or the equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories and concepts.
• Interest in Quality Assurance, Coaching and/or Training, any experience in these areas would be an asset.
• Requires a conceptual understanding of theories, practices, and procedures. 
• Performs technical-based activities.
• Contributes to and manages projects.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills (B2 upwards).
