Job Description

QUALITY ASSURANCE ANALYST-HEALTHCARE 

The primary focus of this position would include, team task assignments, quality monitoring, team evaluations, development, implementation and maintenance of internal training for new and existing team members. Responsibility will also include developing and maintaining metrics/data on team. The supervisor is responsible for the results of the team.

Secondary duties would include the following:

  • Updating Desk Level Procedures
  • Facilitate meetings
  • Provide support to various departments in order to meet deadlines
  • Acting as back-up to the department manager
  • All other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Professional demeanor, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer application skills including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines
  • Skilled in group facilitation and managing effective discussion and dialogue to enhance the learning experience.

Preferred Job Requirements:

  • 2 years supervisory experience
  • Medicare/Medicaid and/or Health Insurance experience
