Job responsibilities will include monitoring incoming alerts from a variety monitoring applications and escalating issues as needed in a timely manner to ensure Service Level and Organization Level Agreements are achieved. This position can evolve to include more technical responsibilities that include triaging tickets for server and network issues.

This role will also require:
