Our company is hiring in El Paso, TX for enrollment specialists starting in August! We offer paid training and a team oriented envorinment.

Job Description:

• Answering phone calls from members regarding health insurance benefits
• Work to provide solutions to customer inquiries
• Consult members of current benefit plans
• De-escalate calls ensuring customers have the best experience when calling Conduent

Requirements:

• 1-5 years of customer service experience
• 1-5 years of call center experience.
• Problem-solving skills
• High School diploma or GED
• Healthcare related experience is a plus
