Job Requirements:​

• HS Diploma or GED​
• One year customer service experience with problem solving and complex, detailed communication with customers​
• Must be 18 years of age or older​
• Must be able to pass a background screening​
• Basic computer experience in a Windows environment​

Desired Skills:​

• • • Call center experience a plus​
    • Basic MS office experience​
    • Some college preferred​

Summary:​

In this role, you will provide top notch customer service by handling telephone and website inquiries from our valued customers.​

What you will be doing: ​

​

• Respond to driver license or motor vehicle related customer inquiries.​
• Identify customer needs to ensure the customer is provided with clear, accurate and concise terms to ensure their understanding.​
• Process required transactions via mainframe or web-based applications.​
• Adhere to confidentiality requirements and laws to ensure information is disseminated only to authorized individuals.​
• Submit research requests.​
