Availability to work on the following schedules:

· Monday to Friday from 5am to 6pm

· Saturday and Sunday for 6am to 2pm

· 2 Days off

Requirements:

1. Customer care Experience

2. Call center experience minimum 6 months

3. Tourism related activities desirable 

4. Fluent English skills

5. Good grammar skills

6. Computer skills

7. Fluent French skills
