Job Description

The Member Contact Center provides comprehensive customer service to Medicaid applicants and Members. The supervisor role will be expected to positively impact our day to day operations of the inbound call center by reviewing performance, coaching, responding to client needs, and creating a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Management of a team consisting of 15 – 20 customer service representatives
  • Ensure daily performance targets are met
  • Ensure policies and procedures are adhered to by staff member
  • Administer coaching and disciplinary action criteria
  • Participate in internal and client discussions
  • Perform other duties and assignments as required and/or assigned by management 

Qualifications:

  • College degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience, call center experience preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of healthcare experience, Medicaid experience preferred
  • Must have the ability to work any shift between the hours of 8am – 6pm Monday through Friday
