The Human Resource generalist is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with HR Director and Accounting Department to support business functions and objectives. The HR Generalist will evaluate and execute coordination and delivery of HR services to the company.
This individual should have strong growth potential within the HR Track as this position carries out responsibilities in the following function areas: Benefits administration, supports payroll, employee relations, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment/affirmative action and ensuring employment law compliance.
Experience:
3 years of proven HR experience with medium exposure to employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, administration of HR information systems, recruiting and selection process.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree required
