Job Description

Concord Medical Group is looking for a Payroll Accounting Clerk. We are looking for someone who can handle the following responsibilities:

  • Detail oriented, self-motivated, quick thinker who can handle a fast-paced environment and keep financial data up to date with accuracy.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills are required along with courteous, professional manner, and strong customer service skills.
  • Main duties include processing semi monthly payrolls, filings, taxes, reporting, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Help with the processing of business transactions such as reconciling, paying bills, preparing reports, appropriately recording expense transactions, receiving deposits, reconciling credit cards and bank statements. Our ideal candidate will need to be able to recognize which company will pay each bill based on small details.
  • Apply a positive, proactive work ethic while showing discretion and good judgment in handling sensitive and confidential matters and documentation.
  • Comfortable and accomplished in problem solving, as well as investigating discrepancies down to the penny.
  • A team player with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Other tasks will include daily filing, sending emails, handling mail, taking phone calls, and assisting others during busy times of the month.

Qualifications:

  • Detail and deadline oriented
  • Self-Motivated Team Player
  • Valid U.S. Drivers License

Preferred:

  • QuickBooks Experience
  • Experienced in accounting, with account reconciliation, processing of invoices, accounts receivable, and accounts payable is preferred.
  • Experience with Payroll Processing and Filing Preferred.
