Primary Responsibilities:

• The Candidate will provide overall vision and strategy for the program and its portfolio of projects and systems
• The Candidate will provide overall contract management and oversight.
• The Candidate will be the primary customer(s) liaison
• The Candidate will be responsible for the management of multiple simultaneous SCRUM and infrastructure workstreams and teams
• The Candidate will be responsible for tracking and managing overall contract spend, profit and loss for a $20-30M annual budget
• The Candidate will lead staff development and motivation for a 100 person team.

Required Qualifications:

• Secret Clearance
• BS / BA in either a STEM or Business Field
• 15 Years with at least 5 years leading large scale, complex, software development/maintenance programs.
• PMP Certification
• Previous experience leading Agile teams in a large-scale environment
• Previous contract and subcontractor management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Oracle HR
• IBM WebSphere experience
• Working knowledge of system ATO process
• PgMP and/or Certified Portfolio Manager
• Experience with Cloud Migration
• SAFE Certification
