With our IATF TS16949 and ISO 13485 certifications, and a Technology Roadmap guided by a zero-defect approach, we are looking for candidates who are highly organized and disciplined, capable of achieving rapid success within procedural frameworks.

As the Planning & Scheduling Specialist, you'll be responsible for the efficient and timely management of Planning and Scheduling, ensuring optimal finished goods stock levels and precise purchasing requisites for every item. You will manage all facets of the Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) System, to generate material requirements essential for supporting production and meeting customer delivery schedules.

Role Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day planning and scheduling to ensure timely delivery of customer products.
  • Proactively identify and resolve component or supply issues affecting production.
  • Collaborate with customers and operations to coordinate schedules effectively.
  • Analyze reports to make informed decisions driving production efficiency.
  • Develop and manage weekly/monthly production schedules.
  • Handle receipt and system entry of customer purchase orders.
  • Maintain and utilize the ERP system for relevant tasks.
  • Release work orders and purchase requisitions to support production plans.
  • Communicate with customers to address their needs promptly.
  • Contribute to project teams and work autonomously as needed.
  • Adhere to established ethics, conduct standards, and anti-bribery protocols.
  • Support the Supplier Management process.
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts in planning and scheduling.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of manufacturing or supply chain management experience.
  • Proficient in inventory management encompassing planning, purchasing, scheduling, and shipping.
  • Adaptable to fast-paced, customer-centric environments.
  • Skilled in problem-solving complex situations to determine solutions.
  • Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated comprehension of supply chain dynamics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP software; familiarity with Made2Manage is advantageous.
  • Experienced in Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
  • Efficient time management with the ability to remain productive independently.
  • Strong commitment to surpassing customer expectations and obligations.
