We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience creating marketing collateral and assisting in company events. He/she will be responsible for creating schedules, organizing team members, facilitating the execution of marketing plans and reporting progress at regular intervals. Our Marketing Coordinator will be an integral part of our marketing department and will enjoy the creative freedom to develop campaigns, events, and social media content across all platforms to increase our brand awareness to existing customers and target new business growth.

Improve Brand Awareness and Recognition

Website – The marketing person will maintain, update, and generate traffic to our company website. Maintenance and updates include but are not limited to the following:

· Photograph newly completed projects and create content for website which highlights the project’s unique characteristics.

· Revamp old Bios and create bios for new employees including headshots.

· Highlight project milestones by uploading new photos weekly

Social Media: Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook

The Marketing person will also be responsible for an open channel of communication through social shares and comments. Posts should demonstrate expertise in our industry, so potential customers will turn to us for their next project.

Measure the effectiveness on such posts and update team in bi-weekly meetings.

· How many likes

· How many visitors

· Report/comment on any trends

Advertising:

Many opportunities will be presented throughout the year to advertise in various magazines or via other media. Marketing will be responsible for creating the content which may differ from one type of publication to the next.

· Executing and managing marketing campaigns.

· Designing and creating marketing materials.

Proposals & RFP packages:

Deadlines are critical and all proposals and RFP packages must be completed early to allow for collaborative review prior to submitting to the client. Marketing will assist with the following items:

· Introduction Letter for RFPs

· Creation of new or packaging of existing project cutsheets to highlight relevant experience on similar type projects.

· Paginate Project Team from employee bios.

· Combine all elements into one (1) compressed file and send to PM for submission to customer/client.

Photography:

Photography marketing will be a consistent part of our business approach and should be worked on throughout the year. It has a single purpose, which is to bring in leads. The Marketing person will be responsible for photography for all important project milestones. Marketing will coordinate weekly site visits with all PM’s to photograph important project milestones. All photos should be tagged, organized by date, and uploaded to the company server.

Strategic Planning:

Develop a content plan that provides a road map for content to be produced and posted.

· Maintain brand identity through marketing

· Publish dates, how often?

· Media type specifically social media and print ready marketing material

· Define who is the promotional target is.

· Create posts around a single narrow topic.

· Highlight current project or relevant experience.

· Produce quality content consistently that excites and informs audience on a regular schedule.

· Produce timeless content that can be used again.

· Always highlight company value. What is different about what we do.

Organization:

Valuable time is lost when time is spent looking for information that should be readily available; therefore, it is essential to have and organized filing structure for all marketing items.

1. Build upon and maintain a logical sequence of filing systems for all marketing items within current system

2. Review and edit current filing structure and any recommendations for updates.

3. Detailed eye all content, including digital and printed items. Attention to detail is imperative. All proofs should be viewed in collaboration. A second set of eyes is crucial.

4. Create and maintain an inventory list for all matter.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
