What are the responsibilities and job description for the Material Planner position at Conagra Brands?
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Must be familiar with Environmental Health and Safety evaluating and prioritized EHS work requests Must be familiar with Food Safety Quality evaluating and prioritized FSQ work requests Must be familiar with Autonomous Maintenance evaluating and prioritized AMD work requests Must have a positive attitude, work well with all levels of plant organization, and have initiative in improving plant performance Plan work for maintenance and operators to ensure correct timing of all PM’s Work with Operational and Maintenance Leads building robust weekly work plans including coordinating with Stores kiting parts Proficiency in SAP is preferred (Work orders) Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Initiate actions to maintain work areas 5S in a neat, orderly, and safe environment in accordance with established HACCP program requirements and Good Manufacturing Practices. Manage a maintenance schedule for all maintenance work orders, planned system/facility outages, and special projects Create a rolling multi-week maintenance schedule and a next week’s maintenance schedule and communication with weekly maintenance scheduling meeting
Work with craft workers, maintenance leadership, and operations to create and maintenance schedule
Communicate maintenance schedule to craft workers, maintenance leadership and operations Responsible for scheduling KPI tracking, trending, and reporting Attend maintenance team meetings and lead maintenance planning portion of daily direction setting Responsible for work order follow-up including updating CMMS and initiating new work orders, if necessary Perform other duties and assume additional responsibilities as assigned by Maintenance Manager
